A few questions to consider when choosing a new supplier...
Does the company have a valid portfolio?
All systems installed/maintained by Sterdy Communications wherever possible will have our contact details on it, this obviously not only validates our services but also ensures that all clients have a reference of who to contact should there ever be a problem.
What payment methods are available?
We accept payment via BACS, PayPal, Mastercard, Maestro, VISA debit or American Express. If you do not have access to a PC then we also accept cheque payments and we would ask that they are posted to our business premises. We do not unfortunately accept any payment via cash.
If you would like to pay via PayPal, Mastercard, Maestro, VISA debit or American Express we would ask you to note that they will carry a 3.4% transaction fee, payments via this method can either be made online or over the telephone. Please call our main office number on 01883 333067 and if we can't take payment immediately we will ring you back at the earliest opportunity to arrange settlement.
Is the company VAT registered, if not why?
We are a fully registered, insured and accredited company.

Does the company have registered offices?
Yes, we have registered offices and a landline non premium contact number manned during office hours.
Will the company provide a fully detailed, accurate, broken down quotation?
Sterdy Communications provide written quotations when asked to tender for jobs, it will break down any works needed and include an accompanying letter. Our quotes are fixed and the prices are guaranteed for 30 days from issue.
Is there a clear pricing structure?
If you do not have a maintenance or rental contract with us then our pricing structure is open and honest. Our charges are £145.00+VAT call out, this also covers the first hours labour, any additional labour is £110.00+VAT per hour or part of thereafter and all parts used are chargeable at cost.

What will happen if I want a new system installed?
Just drop us a line and we'd be delighted to help.
We can discuss your needs and requirements briefly over the phone and then either arrange a free site visit (we will need to meet either the managing agent or a tenant on site) and provide a fixed price quotation, or alternatively we can also provide you with a guide price remotely.
Please note if you opt for an estimate and would then like to proceed, we will need to arrange to attend site pre installation to check if the recommended system is suitable and provide you with a fixed quotation.
Do you offer an after sales guarantee?
All of our systems will come with 1 years guarantee so you can rest assured that in the unlikely event there are any problems they will be addressed at no extra cost.
